Director, Data & Analytics Sales Location: United States Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Team Management Recruit, train, retain, and lead a high‑performing Data & Analytics sales organization, including Senior Account Executives (SAEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) Maintain and optimize a highly productive outbound sales motion Coach and advise the team while fostering a positive, engaging, and results‑oriented environment Conduct weekly one‑on‑ones, quarterly territory reviews, and performance feedback sessions Take corrective action when necessary Ensure SAEs and SDRs build and maintain an accurate pipeline of qualified opportunities Monitor outbound activity metrics, pipeline health, and quota attainment Hold the team accountable for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals Support SAEs and SDRs in closing large or complex opportunities with senior district executives Sales Planning & Reporting Build and refine sales processes that support a high‑velocity outbound motion Lead territory design, alignment, outbound sequencing standards, compensation planning, hiring strategies, and career progression frameworks Develop sales tools, outbound playbooks, and messaging frameworks Enable SAEs and SDRs to prospect, qualify, and close business effectively Create activity reporting and forecasting processes that provide weekly visibility into team performance Report team performance metrics to the Managing Director, Data & Analytics and Frontline Sales Leadershi
