We value enthusiastic and open-minded Colleagues who thrive in a dynamic environment.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesAccountable for overall Project performance, including but not limited to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), Financial, Schedule and Quality performance and construction for large EPC projects in the electronic and battery industryRepresentative of the corporate management to the projectHighest escalation level within the project to client, contractor and the project team before the corporate managementDevelop and keep good communication and relationship with the ClientAccountable for the project performance on EHS, schedule, cost and quality, as well as the project manager’s performanceReport the project status to the company management as per corporate proceduresStay on the project site and participate in the client management reporting meetingMonitor and participate in the project risk identification and mitigation plan development processEnsure corporate procedures, standards and guidelines are followed within the project disciplines (Project Management, Project Engineering & Design Manager, Project Commercial Manager, Project Site Manager / Construction Management)Define project strategies to achieve the project goals externally and internallyBe a visible, positive and encouraging example influence for the the project team members, both internally and externally.
