Global Compensation & Benefits Director Job ref: JE /64696 A world‑renowned manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Director to shape and lead its global reward strategy.
As a key member of the global HR leadership team, you will design, govern, and continuously enhance compensation, benefits, mobility, and performance frameworks that are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the organisation’s long‑term goals. Responsibilities Develop and implement a global compensation and benefits strategy.
Drive global benefits and wellbeing programmes. Provide expert advice to senior leadership and HR teams. Qualifications 10+ years’ experience in Compensation and Benefits within a complex, international organisation.
Operating across multiple countries and markets, this role combines strategic influence with hands‑on delivery to partner closely with senior leaders to attract, retain, and motivate talent globally. Manage annual reward cycles, incentive design, and executive compensation. Lead mobility and expatriate frameworks.
Embed data‑driven decision‑making in reward and performance. Background in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments. Proven expertise in global reward frameworks, job evaluation, and executive pay. Strong analytical, financial, and influencing skills. A global mindset with cultural awareness and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting RemCo or Board committees. Knowledge of HRIS or reward systems. A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Finance is required; a master’s or professional certification (GRP, CIPD, CCP) is desirable.
