Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement and outreach strategies aligned with the ZERO Health Equity Project goals Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of multi-regional community-based prostate cancer awareness and screening programs Cultivate and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders across regions, including healthcare providers, community-based organizations, and volunteers Identify and cultivate partnerships with local organizations, including Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), primary care providers, safety net hospitals, and urology practices Lead planning and execution of roundtables, health fairs, outreach events, and educational forums in target communities Supervise and mentor a team of 2–3 Community Engagement Managers and volunteers Partner with the Director of Measurement & Evaluation to collect and analyze data on program outcomes and community impact Requirements Master's degree in Public Health, Community Development, Social Work, or related field 7+ years of experience in community engagement, public health outreach, or related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Demonstrated experience working with diverse, underserved communities and addressing health disparities Strong understanding of health equity principles and social determinants of health Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with various stakeholders Experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation Proficiency in project management and data analysis Experience leading remote teams and managing staff across different locations National program management experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead large-scale initiatives across multiple communities Passion for ZERO's mission and commitment to reducing prostate cancer disparities #J-18808-Ljbffr
