If you are energized by leading large-scale change, navigating complexity, and turning vision into measurable outcomes, we would love to hear from you. /p h3Job Description /h3 h3Key responsibilities: /h3 ul liLead end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring measurable business impact across AQS. /li liDevelop and maintain integrated transformation roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities and organizational goals. /li liTranslate strategic objectives into executable plans with clear priorities, milestones, and dependencies. /li liEstablish robust governance frameworks to monitor progress, risks, outcomes, and overall program performance. /li liDrive alignment and execution across cross-functional teams, functions, and Development stakeholders. /li liInfluence and lead matrix teams to successfully deliver complex initiatives without direct authority. /li liImplement scalable operating models, processes, and ways of working that enhance organizational performance. /li liChampion change adoption through effective communication, capability building, and stakeholder engagement. /li liProvide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize execution, prioritization, and transformation outcomes. /li liAct as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on transformation strategy, delivery, and execution excellence. /li /ul h3Essential Requirements: /h3 ul liDegree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. /li liSignificant experience in pharmaceutical research and development, life sciences consulting, or transformation environments. /li liProven success leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation or strategic initiatives. /li liStrong understanding of drug development and the pharmaceutical research and development operating environment. /li liDemonstrated ability to translate complex strategies into executable plans and measurable outcomes. /li liExpertise in program and project management, including planning, governance, execution, and delivery. /li liProven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead effectively within matrix organizations. /li liExcellent analytical, communication, and data-driven decision-making capabilities. /li /ul h3Benefits Rewards /h3 pAt Novartis, we're committed to reimagining medicine together - and rewarding the people who make it happen. /p h3Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 142,100.00 - 263,900.00 CHF /h3 pThe base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. /p pIn addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters. /p pThe rewards of being part of our team go far beyond base pay and incentives.
