In this role, you will lead applied AI and agentic transformation for global travel and hospitality organizations, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives and delivering enterprise‑scale AI solutions that create measurable business impact in a dynamic, highly service‑driven industry.

Responsibilities Define and execute applied AI and agentic transformation strategies for travel and hospitality clients. Provide strategic advisory to C‑suite leaders on AI adoption, commercial impact and digital transformation. Lead presales efforts, including opportunity shaping, value quantification and business case creation.

Facilitate workshops to transform complex challenges into actionable AI use cases. Drive enterprise‑wide AI adoption and guide change management to maximize value delivery. Maintain practical expertise in large language models, orchestration frameworks and multi‑agent systems.

Ensure AI solutions comply with security, compliance and scalability requirements for global hospitality operations. Monitor innovative trends and promote EPAM’s leadership in applied AI for travel and hospitality. Requirements 10+ years of experience in travel and hospitality with senior roles in transformation, product or technology innovation.

Strong understanding of industry economics including guest experience, loyalty systems and distribution models. Proven experience advising senior executives on AI‑driven innovation and organizational adoption. Hands‑on applied AI expertise including large language models, multi‑agent systems and RAG frameworks.

Familiarity with leading AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft AI and hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Ability to originate and secure AI transformation programs through presales engagement and strategic planning. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for executive‑level engagement.
