Responsibilities • Define and execute applied AI and agentic transformation strategies for travel and hospitality clients. • Provide strategic advisory to C‑suite leaders on AI adoption, commercial impact and digital transformation. • Lead presales efforts, including opportunity shaping, value quantification and business case creation. • Facilitate workshops to transform complex challenges into actionable AI use cases. • Drive enterprise‑wide AI adoption and guide change management to maximize value delivery. • Oversee cross‑functional teams delivering AI and agent‑driven solutions from concept to production. • Maintain practical expertise in large language models, orchestration frameworks and multi‑agent systems. • Ensure AI solutions comply with security, compliance and scalability requirements for global hospitality operations. • Build and mentor EPAM and client teams to strengthen AI capabilities. • Monitor innovative trends and promote EPAM’s leadership in applied AI for travel and hospitality.

Requirements • 10+ years of experience in travel and hospitality with senior roles in transformation, product or technology innovation. • Strong understanding of industry economics including guest experience, loyalty systems and distribution models. • Proven experience advising senior executives on AI‑driven innovation and organizational adoption. • Hands‑on applied AI expertise including large language models, multi‑agent systems and RAG frameworks. • Familiarity with leading AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft AI and hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). • Ability to originate and secure AI transformation programs through presales engagement and strategic planning. • Proven track record in building and managing global, cross‑functional teams in complex environments. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for executive‑level engagement. • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business; MBA preferred. • Ability to travel as required.
