Brown & Brown is seeking a Director, AI & Security Development to lead one of the most strategic and forward-looking pillars within our cybersecurity organization.
This leadership role will build and scale a dedicated function responsible for cybersecurity Agentic AI development, security tooling and automation engineering, data analytics and reporting enablement, while contributing to our secure development practices.
This role reports directly to the Chief Information Security Officer and operates alongside leadership for Security Operations, Security Architecture, and Governance, Risk & Compliance. How You Will Contribute: Lead a core cybersecurity capability by defining the strategy, operating model, and service offerings for AI & Security Development.
Build and scale automation and orchestration capabilities across enterprise security technologies. Enable security data integration, analytics, and reporting to support operational and executive decision-making. Establish secure AI development practices and DevSecOps governance. Partner closely with Security Operations, Architecture, and GRC.
