Summary We are looking for an experienced Art Director / Digital Designer to join our passionate team and create strong visual ideas for digital products, interactive experiences and immersive applications. We value passion and a willingness to grow! • Develop design visions and visual concepts for digital experiences • Create interfaces, layouts and visual systems for interactive applications and installations • Translate ideas and wireframes into high-quality visual design solutions • Create motion designs, animated mockups, prototypes and visual presentations • Ensure visual consistency and quality across all screens, interactions and content • Collaborate closely with storytelling, UX, development and 3D • Guide and supervise other designers and supporting disciplines or freelancers • Present, communicate and defend design decisions confidently to both teams and clients • Support quality assurance throughout the implementation process • Estimate design efforts Professional qualifications • Conceptual and visionary thinking with a strong understanding of design processes • Ability to give constructive feedback and support other designers • Proficient in using design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and AI • Experience in designing interfaces for apps, web experiences and games • Familiarity with (Atomic) Design Systems and collaboration with development teams • Strong understanding of typography, composition and visual storytelling • Ability to craft compelling design visions and engaging presentations • Skilled in motion design, animation and basic film editing. • A strong sense for detail, quality and consistency • Interested or experienced with 3D workflows • Interested or experienced with XR technologies, digital installations and emerging tech • Capable of handling and guiding freelancers and external creatives • Strong communication skills in German and/or English Nice to have • Experience with immersive experiences, installations or spatial interfaces • Experience working on experimental or innovation-driven projects • Experience in 3D, illustration, visual identities or film • Understanding of storytelling within interactive applications • Basic understanding of frontend or technical implementation • Personal creative passions outside of classic UI design Why us? • We'll keep you up to date with insights into innovative and disruptive new technologies • You will work with a highly qualified and sociable team • We support a diverse, open and international company culture • You will work with state-of-the-art software and equipment • You can bring you dog to our offices • Enjoy benefits like Jobrad and Urban Sports Club memberships • Get involved in amazing and innovative projects that push the boundaries of design and technology About us Demodern Creative Technologies is a digital agency that integrates strategy, design and engineering to drive digital innovation and create outstanding immersive experiences.
