Lead and direct the end‑to‑end bid process, setting clear strategic direction and ensuring alignment across internal teams, external partners and professional advisors to deliver high‑quality, competitive submissions.

We are seeking an experienced Development Director to lead on sourcing, securing, and delivering high‑quality affordable housing schemes across the UK. This is a strategic role where you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, forming key partnerships, and overseeing projects from inception through to completion.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximise opportunities and ensure successful delivery. What you will be doing: Identify, source and secure new development opportunities, leading initial feasibility analysis and shaping compelling investment propositions for Registered Providers and For‑Profit clients.
