With a strong foundation in Asia, we are rapidly expanding our international operations — with Europe as a key strategic focus. This role serves as the key operational bridge between customers, European project partners, and Daqo's HQ engineering and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate the delivery of Daqo's MV equipment and integrated power distribution solutions for projects across Europe • Manage project execution from order confirmation to final project handover, coordinating delivery planning, scheduling, and collaboration with HQ manufacturing, logistics teams, EPC contractors, system integrators, and end customers • Monitor project milestones and ensure delivery in line with contractual and technical requirements • Support project documentation management, including technical documentation, compliance files, and project handover materials • Oversee installation and commissioning of MV equipment (10–36 kV), including grid connection, system integration, testing, and system acceptance • Ensure commissioning activities comply with relevant European standards and local grid requirements • Support customer service activities including technical troubleshooting, warranty management, spare parts coordination, and development of local service capabilities Requirements • Fluent English and Chinese • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline • 5+ years of experience in power distribution, MV systems, or energy infrastructure projects, with hands-on experience in MV switchgear, transformers, RMUs, or other grid-connected power distribution equipment • Experience in project delivery, commissioning, or technical service within energy or power infrastructure projects • Familiarity with European electrical standards such as IEC, DIN, VDE, or other local grid requirements • Experience working with EPC contractors, utilities, industrial customers, or renewable energy developers • Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in international environments • Willingness to travel across Europe for project delivery, commissioning support, and customer service What We Offer • A key operational role supporting Daqo's growing project portfolio across Europe. • Opportunity to work on large-scale energy infrastructure projects including data centers, PV, BESS, and industrial power systems. • Competitive salary package with German labor benefits. • Exposure to international project delivery and collaboration with global engineering teams. • Opportunity to help build Daqo's European delivery and service organization.

Mission As Daqo's Delivery & Service Manager in Europe, your mission is to ensure the successful delivery, commissioning, and lifecycle support of Daqo's products and integrated power distribution solutions across the European market.

Based in Germany (preferably near Frankfurt), you will lead project delivery coordination, oversee installation and commissioning support, and ensure high-quality after-sales service for projects involving MV switchgear, transformers, RMUs, and related power distribution systems.
