What if your next leadership role wasn't about inheriting an organisation, but building one?

Amoria Bond has been exclusively retained by a fast-growing European technology services organisation to appoint a Delivery Director for its newly established German business.

This isn't a conventional Delivery Director role.

We're looking for a senior technology leader who can combine enterprise customer ownership, mission-critical technology delivery and entrepreneurial organisation building.

You'll work directly with major enterprise customers, remain close to engineering and delivery teams, and play a foundational role in building the people, culture and operating model for Germany.

There won't be a large corporate infrastructure waiting for you. You'll have the autonomy - and responsibility - to help create it.

We're particularly interested in leaders who can demonstrate:

• Ownership of complex enterprise customer relationships
• Experience in mission-critical or complex IT environments
• Strong technical affinity and credibility with both CIO/CTO stakeholders and engineering teams
• Experience building a business, practice, team or capability
• Leadership across complex delivery or transformation environments
• An entrepreneurial, hands-on approach and comfort operating with ambiguity
• High ownership combined with humility, curiosity, empathy and self-awareness

Your background could be in technology consulting, enterprise IT services, cloud/infrastructure, financial services technology, managed services or a specialist technology organisation. This opportunity is unlikely to appeal to someone looking simply for a bigger title or a larger inherited team.

It may appeal if you want more ownership rather than more hierarchy - and the opportunity to help build a significant enterprise technology organisation in Germany from an early stage.
