Job Overview We are looking for a Client Support Executive to deliver exceptional customer service and support business clients. Assist customers with onboarding and process-related queries. Monitor and follow up on customer requests and transactions. Handle customer complaints and elevate complex issues when required.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare reports and support continuous process improvements. Required Skills Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Client Services, or a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office , especially Excel and Outlook . Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce is an advantage). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused with excellent organizational skills.
Language Requirements German: Native/Fluent (C2) English: Advanced (C1) Preferred Experience in Banking or Financial Services (preferred but not mandatory). #J-18808-Ljbffr
