Overview As Country Director you will build, scale, and lead the business, owning market development across the Data centre, Life Sciences and Hi-Tech sectors, revenue growth, client relationships, and team capability while ensuring strong governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
You will play a critical role in shaping and delivering Linesight’s BUILD objectives, strengthening client partnerships, deepening service delivery capability, and building market presence.
Acting as Linesight’s senior representative in country, you will ensure cultural, operational, and commercial excellence; oversee compliance and risk management; enhance external visibility; and align all activity with regional and global strategy.
The Opportunity Key Responsibilities Business Growth & Market Leadership (Primary Focus) Define and execute a clear market entry and growth strategy for Data Centres, Life Sciences and Hi-Tech Industry and critical infrastructure within Germany Build a sustainable, high quality pipeline across key sectors.
Identify and exploit whitespace opportunities, positioning Linesight to secure flagship projects, frameworks, and long term client relationships. Establish Linesight as a recognised market leader in the local market. Strengthen market presence, brand visibility, and thought leadership through targeted external engagement.
Commercial & Financial Ownership Own and deliver against co
