What you’ll be doing
Managing complex sales processes with multiple external and internal stakeholders and leveraging all available resources efficiently Full circle sales responsibility, managing end-to-end process from outbound to final contract closing Outbound focus – strategic prospect planning by industry and ICP, incorporating key insights (challenges, etc.) Strategic development of existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell potential Acquisition of new customers, focusing on companies with 1,000+ employees Pitching the Staffbase vision to decision makers in Communication, HR and IT teams Representing Staffbase as an enthusiastic brand ambassador Close collaboration with marketing, customer success, renewal and product teams to optimize sales strategy

What you need to be successful
At least 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role – ideally in software/SaaS sales Experience managing and This role can be filled in one of our Germany based office locations (Chemnitz, Dresden, Leipzig, Berlin, Munich, Cologne) or remote within Germany.
