Aufgaben: • Hamburg, HafenCity, with the canal right on the doorstep! • As a Convention Sales Executive, you turn meeting and conference inquiries into genuine event experiences—from the initial "Moin" to the personal farewell. • You get conferences, meetings, and events off the ground—from the initial inquiry to the handover to the operational teams. • You sell our five event spaces, accommodation, and F&B offerings with enthusiasm and a sure instinct for the right moment. • The preparation of contract offers, function sheets and invoices is part of her tasks as well as follow-ups and the optimization of event processes. • You work closely with the banquet service, restaurant, kitchen, and front office departments, as well as all the teams that turn plans into experiences. • You cultivate client relationships, actively approach new business partners, and further develop our MICE business. • You contribute your own ideas, observe and understand the market, and have a desire not just to manage things, but to make them better.

Profil: • You have completed training in the hotel industry and already have some professional experience in conference and banquet sales in a comparable hotel and your are a passionate salesperson. • You enjoy selling, have a good instinct for people, and take pleasure in building relationships. • You possess organizational talent, initiative, and the ability to remain composed even in a fast-paced environment. • We require fluent German and good English skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office, Open, reliable communication and a passion for teamwork come naturally to her.
