We are looking for an experienced Consulting Director to lead the growth of our Sustainable Product & Supply Chain practice across Germany and Central Europe. Responsibilities Own and expand a strategic portfolio of sustainability consulting opportunities across Germany and Central Europe.
Build and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities; develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in procurement, supply chain, operations, R&D, sustainability, and finance. Partner with ERM account leaders to grow strategic client relationships, particularly in manufacturing.
Develop compelling proposals and value‑driven business cases that translate client challenges into actionable solutions. Represent ERM at industry conferences, client forums, and thought‑leadership events; develop case studies and market insights for German and Central European clients.
Enhance and evolve ERM’s integrated consulting propositions; drive digital enablement and data‑led delivery approaches.
