Discover your exciting roleFor our projects in the Frankfurt, Dresden area and other locations across Germany, you will take full responsibility as Construction Director (m/f/d) for the execution of complex EPC projects in the Data Center and high-tech industries.You will lead large site teams, manage all construction activities, and drive project success with both strategic vision and operational excellence.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesOverall responsibility for construction execution (EHS, cost, schedule, quality)Leadership and management of the entire site organizationPlanning of construction strategies, sequences, and schedulesManagement of subcontractors as well as contract and risk managementEnsuring compliance with Exyte standards and EHS requirementsReporting to senior management and coordination with internal interfacesBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsDriving continuous improvement of construction processes and performanceShow your expertiseDegree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related fieldExtensive experience in EPC projects and large-scale constructionExperience in Data Centers, Semiconductors, or similar industries is a plusProven leadership experience managing large teamsStrong knowledge of construction processes and project executionExcellent communication skills in English and GermanWillingness to travel within GermanyContact:You want to be part of the Exyte team?
