Responsibilities • Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team. • Drive business growth, revenue, and profitability. • Develop and expand market access and energy commercialization solutions for renewable energy assets. • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. • Lead complex commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract structuring. • Identify new market opportunities, products, and strategic partnerships. • Collaborate closely with trading, analytics, and senior leadership functions. • Monitor business performance through KPIs and reporting.

Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Energy Management, Engineering, or a related field. • Significant experience within renewable energy, power markets, energy trading, energy services, or electricity commercialization. • Strong understanding of PPAs, route-to-market solutions, direct marketing, origination, or energy market products. • Proven track record in business development and commercial leadership. • Experience managing customer relationships and negotiating commercial agreements. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. • Fluency in German and English. • Commercial leadership experience within renewable energy, power markets, energy trading, or energy services. • Proven track record in PPAs, direct marketing, route-to-market solutions, energy origination, or related commercial products. • Experience negotiating complex energy contracts and managing key customer relationships. • Strong understanding of German power markets, renewable generation portfolios, and energy market fundamentals. • Experience working closely with trading, risk, portfolio management, or market analytics teams. • Demonstrated success driving business growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. • Leadership experience with responsibility for team performance, business targets, and commercial results. xayajpt • Established network within the renewable energy, utility, IPP, trader, aggregator, or energy services landscape.
