To support the further development of the company, we are looking for our future Commercial Director. Together with the Technical Director, you will take on the co-leadership of the company and drive its business development in Western and German-speaking Switzerland.
Commercial Director - Co-Leadership Your Role In co-leadership with the Technical Director, you will assume overall responsibility for the company in the areas of sales, administration, finance and personnel.
You are responsible for the sustainable growth of the company, its profitability and customer satisfaction, while ensuring good corporate governance. Co-Leadership setting individual and collective goals. Introducing monitoring and reporting tools, assessing performance and promoting skills development.
Overseeing the administrative, contractual and financial aspects of projects and ensuring smooth internal processes (purchasing, personnel, accounting). Administration constructive conflict resolution. Ability to handle multiple dossiers simultaneously with care and clear prioritisation.
