What You’ll Bring Proven leadership experience with at least 15 years in Clinical Development, including managing global or regional trial portfolios. Strong expertise in clinical operations, including trial management, budget oversight, and regulatory interactions.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships. Solid understanding of global drug development strategies and regulatory requirements, including ICH GCP guidelines. Exceptional organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects with precision and strategic oversight.

Fluency in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Proven experience working with outsourced models, overseeing CROs and collaborators. A background in rare diseases or auto‑immune conditions is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Veterinary, or a related field. Deep knowledge of ICH GCP and other regulatory standards. Prior experience in leadership roles within biotech or pharmaceutical industries.
