Reporting to the Group leadership, the CEO will hold full P&L responsibility and be accountable for driving sustainable growth, profitability, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.As a key member of the broader SAG leadership ecosystem, the CEO will ensure that Technomag is fully aligned with SAG Strategy NEXT, while strengthening its market position and advancing its role as a leading provider of exclusive brands across its markets.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipLead Technomag in its mission to leverage and develop Exclusive Brands for the SAG Group.Define and execute Technomag’s business strategy in alignment with SAG Strategy NEXT.Ensure strong market positioning and clear accountability for financial and operational performance.Drive sustainable revenue growth, margin expansion, and EBITDA improvement.Foster cross-market collaboration and alignment with Group priorities and governance standards.Commercial Growth & Market DevelopmentLead all commercial functions, including Business Development, Product Management, Purchasing, Pricing, Brand Management, and Supply Chain.Strengthen the customer value proposition and enhance brand positioning to ensure competitive differentiation.Identify and implement initiatives to increase market share through portfolio expansion, improved availability, and operational excellence.Develop and capture new growth opportunities across customer segments and markets.Operational ExcellenceDrive operational efficiency, productivity improvements, and disciplined cost management.Ensure excellent supply chain performance, logistics capabilities, and customer service levels.Establish KPI transparency and promote data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.Lead digital transformation initiatives in alignment with Group systems, standards, and tools.People Leadership & CultureBuild and lead a high-performing, entrepreneurial leadership team.Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Serve as a role model for leadership principles, values, and ethical conduct.Governance & Financial StewardshipHold full responsibility for the financial performance of Technomag.Ensure compliance with Group governance policies, legal requirements, and risk management frameworks.Maintain strong internal control systems and effective risk management practicesQualifications & ExperienceProfessional ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience with full P&L responsibility.Proven track record of delivering profitable growth and leading business transformation programs.Strong commercial acumen with experience in distribution, automotive industry, or comparable industries.Experience managing organizations in emerging or developing markets is a strong advantage.Strong digital mindset and data-driven management capabilities.Leadership CompetenciesStrategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style and strong execution focus.Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability.Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to inspire, mobilize, and develop high-performing teams.Resilient and adaptable leader who thrives in complex and dynamic environments.Strong customer focus with a passion for creating sustainable value.Language SkillsFluent in German and English (written and spoken).Additional local language skills relevant to Technomag markets are a strong advantage.
