• We need someone who can develop our studio both inside and out . Someone who understands Business Development without the sales jargon .
Someone who knows how to organize projects, build partnerships, and create structures – always in service of the idea, not the spreadsheet.
• You’ve probably worked in a small, agile innovation studio , where everyone wears more than one hat. You know how to keep processes lean while making ambitious projects happen .
Requirements
• Deliver projects smoothly: from contracts to completion, you keep things on track
• Spot new opportunities: partners, brands, cultural projects that truly fit us
• Build relationships: you’ll grow and maintain our network over time
• Shape studio structures: budgets, workflows, resources – all designed to give ideas room
• Shape culture: not just inside the studio, but in everything we put into the world
• Experience in Business Operations or Business Development – ideally in a creative, small studio or agency environment
• More than 10 years of experience in digital Project-management
Nice to Have
• Experience in public tenders and museal projects
• A hands-on approach, with the ability to keep the big picture in focus
