Your tasks

• Own and execute the country growth strategy, driving business development, revenue expansion, and strengthening relationships with automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and strategic partners
• Drive delivery excellence across engineering and digital transformation programs, ensuring quality, profitability, governance, risk management, and operational efficiency
• Lead pre-sales and solutioning activities, including customer presentations, workshops, proposal development, RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, and deal closure support
• Manage and optimize onsite-offshore delivery models, ensuring effective resource planning, seamless collaboration, and successful project execution
• Collaborate with global sales, solution, and delivery teams to develop competitive offerings and achieve business objectives
• Establish performance metrics, governance frameworks, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Own country-level business performance, including revenue growth, delivery margins, customer satisfaction, utilization, and organizational development Entwicklungspotential / Perspektiven Bedeutung für das Unternehmen

Your profile

• 15+ years of experience in Automotive Engineering Services, Product Engineering, or Digital Engineering
• Strong experience in Delivery Management, Pre-sales, Account Management, and Business Growth
• Proven ability to manage large onsite and offshore teams and customer engagements
• Good understanding of automotive domains such as SDV, ADAS, Connected Vehicles, Electrification, Infotainment, and Vehicle Engineering
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and strategic planning capabilities
