Business Development Executive – [Intern]

We are looking for a motivated Bidding Executive Intern to join our team and gain real‑world experience in online business development. This internship will give you hands‑on exposure to writing proposals, managing bids, and communicating with international clients on freelance platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting compelling proposals for Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms
• Research project requirements and align them with company offerings
• Manage bids from start to submission, ensuring deadlines are met
• Maintain follow‑ups with clients and respond to queries professionally
• Collaborate with the business development team to improve proposal strategies

Requirements

• Must have good written communication skills
• Must have understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing)
• Must have knowledge Google Sheets (Excel) and Documents (MS Office)
• Ability to research and analyze client requirements
• Understanding of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment

Internship Details

• Location: Remote (comfortable with tools like TopTracker, Google Docs, Slack, etc.)
• Duration: 4–6 months
• Perks: Internship Certificate, Flexible Work Hours, Hands‑on training in business development
• Growth: High‑performing interns may get a Pre‑Placement Offer (PPO) or Full‑Time Role
