Provide technical support to clients on ingredients by working closely with the Quality Control and Regulatory teams. Train team members, arranging external training where appropriate.

NaturMed Scientific is a multinational company that specializes in sourcing high-quality herbal raw materials from around the world for the Nutraceutical, Food, Beverage, and Sports Nutrition industries.

Job Responsibilities Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services, or new ways of reaching existing markets. Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization and reach out via email and telephone.

Understand customer needs and respond effectively with a plan to meet them. Draw up client contracts; depending on the company's size, this task may be completed by someone else, or agreements may not be as formal. Have a good understanding of the company's products or services and advise others accordingly.

Ensure staff are aligned throughout the organization, understand the need for change, and know what is required of them. Discuss promotional strategies and activities with the marketing department. Seek ways to improve business operations. Attend seminars, conferences, and relevant events. Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in life sciences such as biology, biochemistry, microbiology, biotechnology, etc. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields, with professional behavior. Strong communication skills, highly proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Subscribe to our Newsletter!
