Business Development Director – Parts Repair Services you will be responsible for the relationship and business development activities for third-party Engine Parts Repairs and leads the sales activities across the SR Technics Repair network, including Zurich and Cork.

Your tasks Lead sales and business development activities for Zurich and Cork (SRTAS) Engine Parts Repairs, driving growth, maintaining existing business, and securing new opportunities Build, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with key customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer service and a deep understanding of customer objectives to create winning business strategies Monitor repair market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing regular market insights and maintaining a comprehensive competitive landscape to support product innovation and market attractiveness Plan, implement, and lead marketing, advertising, communication, and business development campaigns in collaboration with Corporate Communications, ensuring alignment with SR Technics’ brand strategy and image Represent SR Technics at industry and aviation events, promoting brand awareness, strengthening customer engagement, and expanding business opportunities Ensure accurate and complete maintenance of customer, project, and reporting data within CRM systems (Salesforce) to support effective sales management and decision-making Your Profile Business Development / Sales experience with Engine Parts Repair Services with deep customer knowledge and experience of products (5+ years) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
