Responsibilities Building and maintaining long-term relationships with employers across various industries Continuously developing and optimizing revenue operations and sales processes Further developing and, where applicable, implementing lead generation initiatives together with the marketing team Identifying referral partners and multipliers for the sales network Negotiating contracts and partnerships Requirements Ideally, relevant experience in B2B sales, particularly in recruiting/HR Drive and a proven track record of success in previous roles Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German Very good command of English A team player with positive energy and the ability to convey it to others
