Requirements • Report directly to the company's sales manager and join our sales team for individuals. • Follow up on incoming leads: presentation of vehicles, recommendations, reminders, and follow-up of financing files. • Deploy a commercial speech to present our vehicles effectively. • Manage the entire commercial approach (negotiation, signature, sale of complementary products) until the order is taken. • Participate in the growth of a new sales channel that digitizes the distribution of used vehicles. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in office tools (G Suite in particular). • Dynamic, proactive, curious, and open-minded. • Ability to work autonomously. • Experience in the automotive industry is beneficial. • Strong customer service orientation and excellent commercial negotiation skills. • Ability to reassure, convince, and close sales. • Desire to exceed objectives and embrace challenges. • Strong interpersonal skills on the phone and an appetite for the automotive sector. • A desire to evolve based on results with a remuneration package that rewards performance (fixed salary + uncapped variable).
