The full list of our global benefits can be found here: /li /ul h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liDrive digital innovation within bioconjugation by identifying opportunities where data, AI, and computational technologies can enhance scientific outcomes. /li liPartner closely with scientists and business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into impactful digital solutions. /li liDefine digital use cases, success criteria, user stories, and high-level functional requirements. /li liLead cross-functional agile teams including subject matter experts, data scientists, data engineers, and IT partners. /li liManage solution delivery from concept to deployment, ensuring adoption, value realization, and stakeholder alignment. /li liMonitor emerging scientific and digital trends and recommend future capabilities that strengthen RD performance. /li liAct as a thought leader and mentor, helping grow digital capabilities across the organization. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul liPhD in Chemistry, Bioconjugation, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Computational Sciences, or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent experience. /li liSolid experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CDMO, CRO, or related scientific environments. /li liExperience applying digital, data science, computational, or AI-driven approaches to research and development challenges. /li liProven ability to translate scientific needs into scalable digital products, capabilities, or solutions. /li liExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. /li liExperience with digital transformation, scientific workflow digitalization, analytics, AI/ML, or innovation strategy is advantageous. /li /ul h3About Lonza /h3 pAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
