Your mission • Business Development & Mandate Origination: Actively support the acquisition of new clients and mandates in infrastructure, energy and digital advisory, working closely with senior management • Sector & Service Line Development: Contribute to the expansion of advisory activities in renewable energy, energy networks and digital infrastructure, and help shape new advisory offerings • Advisory Project Involvement: Work on technical and commercial advisory mandates across the full asset lifecycle, with gradually increasing responsibility for project execution and quality • Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships with investors, banks, developers and utilities, acting as a trusted interface between TA Europe and its clients • Team & Platform Contribution: Collaborate with international advisory teams and actively support knowledge sharing, mentoring and the gradual growth of the platform Your experiences • Professional Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, energy or digital infrastructureenvironments(consulting, investment, project finance, utilities or funds) • Educational Background: Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, energy systems, economics with a technical focus, or a comparable field • Sector Focus & Learning Mindset: Experience in at least one relevant sector (e.g. renewables, energy, infrastructure finance) and strong motivation to broaden sector expertise • Commercial & Entrepreneurial Mindset: Understanding of how advisory and investment mandates are originated, with exposure to business development or client acquisition being an advantage • Communication & Personal Skills: Ambitious, curious and proactive personality; confident communicator with senior stakeholders; fluent English required, German strongly preferred, additional languages a plus What we offer An exciting role in a growing, international company with flat hierarchies, offering a work environment that you can actively help shape! • Flexible working hours: Flexible and predictable working hours so that your career and family/private life can be even better combined • Hybrid working: Home office paired with time with colleagues in one of our modern offices.Hybrid working is a standard for us • Work-life-balance: Flexible working hours, working from home and the option of work-vacation create the ideal space for your personal needs • Further training opportunities: We promote your personal and professional development through individual courses and training programs • Mobility: We offer flexible travel options with a possible subsidy for the Deutschlandticket as well as a company bicycle/scooter • Employee discounts: Choose from vouchers and corporate benefits according to your needs • Team culture: Team spirit is very important to us!
