This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and operations. /p h3In This Role, You Will /h3 ul liServe as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the SVP of International Operations Marketing, Medical Regulatory, representing the Executive Office and driving the delivery of key business priorities. /li liLead the day-to-day operations of the SVP Office, orchestrate the MMR Leadership Team agenda, ensure follow-through on critical priorities, and act as a key integrator across the MMR leadership team. /li liPartner with the SVP to prepare for internal and external engagements, including leadership meetings, executive presentations, strategic communications, and stakeholder interactions. /li liLead and coordinate high-impact strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects. /li liOversee core business processes, including budget planning and follow-up, business analytics, governance activities, leadership meetings, and executive reporting. /li liCollaborate across regional, global, and cross-functional stakeholders to generate insights, drive alignment, and facilitate decision‑making. /li /ul h3Your new department /h3 pInternational Operations (IO) is Novo Nordisk’s largest operational unit and a key driver of future growth, covering more than 190 countries and 95% of the world’s population.

The ideal candidate combines strategic insight with clear communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑cultural environment. /p h3What You Will Bring /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in management or similar with 8+ years of experience in a multinational organisation /li liPrevious experience in management or healthcare consulting /li liFunctional experience in Marketing, Sales, Medical or Regulatory would be an advantage /li liStrategic thinking and cross‑functional collaboration /li liStrong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to translate complex issues into clear solutions. /li liProven success in process and project management, with strong organisational and prioritisation skills /li liFluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. /li /ul h3Working at Novo Nordisk /h3 pNovo Nordisk is shaped by its people.
