Computational Innovation @ Boehringer Ingelheim (@computationalinnovation) is seeking an Associate Director to lead a Computational Biology team focused on Cardio‑Renal‑Metabolic (CRM) diseases, especially liver diseases.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of computational biologists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and scientific excellence. Act as the primary contact to the global Liver Health team in the CRM therapeutic area, ensuring alignment across the therapeutic area portfolio.
This role involves collaborating closely with scientists in the CRM therapeutic area to identify and validate novel drug targets, accelerate discovery using advanced data science and computational biology approaches, and champion the integration of multi‑omics, human genetics, imaging, and clinical data with cutting‑edge computational approaches.
