You will connect global brand strategy with regional and affiliate execution, ensuring we are ready to launch with clarity, capability and confidence. /ppDay-to-day, your responsibilities will include: /pul type="disc"liAssessing commercial opportunities and defining IO-wide strategies for future cardiovascular and liver disease assets /liliPartnering with Global teams to translate brand strategies into actionable regional and affiliate go-to-market plans /liliLeading launch readiness for assets within 24 months of launch, ensuring cross-functional alignment and execution excellence /liliRepresenting the IO perspective in global launch teams and strategic decision-making forums /liliIdentifying capability, resource and operating model needs to support successful launches across Regions and affiliates /liliDeveloping investment plans, business cases, sales forecasts and organisational readiness recommendations for future assets /liliSupporting Regions and affiliates in building winning local strategies and the capabilities to execute them /li /ul pstrongYour new department /strongbrAs part of International Operations, you will join our largest operational unit.

You will work at the intersection of global strategy and local execution, helping Regions and affiliates prepare for launches that will define the next chapter of our growth. /p pstrongYour skills qualifications /strongbrWe are looking for a strategic commercial leader who can turn ambiguity into clear recommendations and influence senior stakeholders with confidence.

You are equally comfortable shaping big-picture strategy and driving the operational detail that makes launches succeed.

You will bring with you: /pul type="disc"liMin 5-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (or top-tier pharma consultancy experience) with a strong track record in new product planning, portfolio strategy, launch readiness and market development – ideally in cardiovascular or liver specialty therapeutic areas /liliBroad cross-functional exposure across several of the following: commercial evaluation, brand strategy, launch execution, market access, medical and regulatory collaboration, customer insights, value proposition development, commercial excellence, investment planning and matrix project leadership /liliStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with proven experience building commercial forecasts, business cases and investment plans grounded in solid financial planning /liliExcellent project management skills and the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across global, regional and affiliate levels /liliExceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to guide Regions and affiliates through influence – enabling them to develop and execute winning local strategies /liliFluency in English, both written and spoken /li /ul pstrongWorking at Novo Nordisk /strongbrEvery day we seek the solutions that defeat serious chronic diseases.
