The Opportunity
As Associate Director, Brand Marketing (Haematology) you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the brand and disease area strategy for the International (INT) region.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross ‑ functional teams, affiliates, International Marketing (Int Mkt), and Global Commercial Development (GCD). Act as the primary marketing partner for affiliates, fostering a strong, collaborative international marketing community.
You will drive market expansion, strengthen brand adoption, and ensure strategic alignment across diverse markets - while enabling affiliates to meet local needs and regulatory environments.
You will lead the development of fit ‑ for ‑ purpose go ‑ to ‑ market strategies, integrated marketing programs, lifecycle management initiatives, and brand playbooks that support consistent, high ‑ quality execution across the region.
