Partner with R&D teams and digital leads to identify and prototype use cases aligned to business needs. Could you be our next Associate Director, AI & Advanced Analytics? The job is in our King of Prussia, PA, Waltham, MA, Maidenhead UK, Bern Switzerland or Melbourne Australia Office. This is a hybrid position and is onsite three days a week.

You will report to the Senior Director, AI/ML Advanced Analytics, Automation & Digital Agent CoE. Key Responsibilities Support development and deployment of AI models, automation scripts, and intelligent agents. Apply agentic software development approaches to drive innovation across R&D.

Contribute to MLOps processes, model documentation, and system validation workflows. Help drive platform integration, compliance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate on internal capability building (e.g., hackathons, training) and end-user support. Track success metrics such as usage, performance, and value delivered.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, analytics, or automation, preferably in R&D or life sciences. Practical experience building or supporting machine learning pipelines or agent-based tools.

Familiarity with MLOps tools, low-code automation platforms, or scripting languages (e.g., Python, R). Experience building and publishing solutions using agentic development approaches and tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex). The expected base salary range for this position at hiring is $181,000-214,000 for Waltham MA only.

Please note this salary range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay that CSL expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting. Individual base salary for a successful candidate is determined by qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies and other relevant factors.
