Associate Creative Director, Copy (Fully Remote)

• This role requires experience in Sickle Cell Disease or gene therapy and multicultural experience.
• The Associate Creative Director, Copy works with art directors, copywriters, and strategists to execute communication projects.
• Responsible for ensuring design, copy, and UX are greater than the sum of their parts.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver breakthrough creative work while influencing peers.
• Lead projects from conception to completion and understand strategic and financial goals.
• Champion creativity and manage delegation and workflow on multiple projects.

About You:

• Multicultural experience and experience in both HCP and Patient marketing.
• Minimum 9 years creative copywriting experience with at least 3 years in pharma.
• Can share a digital portfolio with interactive work across multi-media channels.
