Assistant Director of Finance (m/f/d) Mandarin Oriental, Munich is looking for an Assistant Director of Finance to join our Finance team. Do you thrive in a team that succeeds together, demonstrating integrity and respect while acting responsibly?

Responsibilities • Shared responsibility for the overall day‑to‑day operations of financial accounting • Planning, managing, and monitoring financial projects • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies • Collaborating with other departments to optimize financial processes and improve cost control • Acting as deputy head of the department in the absence of the Director of Finance • Supporting the development and implementation of strategic plans and budgets • Analyzing financial and management reports to support decision‑making • Assisting in the preparation of forecasts as well as monthly and annual financial statements • Supporting internal and external audits • Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, including dunning processes and monitoring of postings Qualifications • Three years Financial Controller Experience in Hospitality Accounting operations • Experience in Luxury Hospitality Industry is advantageous • Financial certification is advantageous • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English & German • Prioritization skills necessary to meet deadlines • Effective management, leadership, organizational and communications skills Benefits • Learning & Development.
