Sector Director at 80%-100%General descriptionAs part of the evolution of our organization following the entry into force of the cantonal directive for holders of a license to operate a preschool childcare facility, we are looking for a Sector Director (permanent contract, 80%-100%) responsible for managing an early childhood sector, composed of 5 preschool childcare facilities, and subsidized by the City of Geneva.

Working conditions are those provided for by the Collective Labor Agreement for personnel of early childhood childcare facilities in the City of Geneva.Mission and responsibilitiesReporting directly to the employer Committee, you ensure the institutional coherence of the sector, compliance with contractual commitments, as well as the proper functioning of the facilities and shared services.

You ensure the link with the Early Childhood Service and in particular with its finance, technical, and HR units, and ensure the management and development of the sector. You have solid skills in steering, financial management, and human resources.

Endowed with excellent communication skills, you demonstrate leadership, analytical skills, decision-making ability, and good resistance to stress.
