Analytics Consulting Director Your Skills & Experience Significant experience in a consulting leadership role (Head of / Director / MD of Practice) at a data-focused consultancy or fast-growth firm Proven ability to scale a team or practice, with measurable impact on revenue growth Strong grounding across the data spectrum – engineering, analytics, data science, visualisation, and AI/ML – with the ability to think strategically Exceptional stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen – able to win trust, shape deals, and deliver results A passion for people leadership: coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams Energy, drive, and a low-ego, high-impact approach to leadership
