This is an internal global role. The Active Directory Service Owner is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of IT services, ensuring seamless delivery, strategic growth, and continuous improvement.
You will play a key role in defining the service roadmap, managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and driving service maturity. What You’ll Be Doing: Manage Active Directory escalations and ensure compliance with policies and standards. Implement secure access controls and prepare infrastructure for new OS versions.
