What you will do Work with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to improve lead quality and conversion . Build strong relationships with B2B clients like solar and heatpump installers (SMBs). Run demos, close deals and be hands on wherever needed. Track customer needs , competitors, and market trends to sharpen our approach.
What makes you a great fit Strong knowledge of SMB software sales (3+ years experience) in fast-paced environments like startups or scale ups. Knowledge of UK sales and go-to-market dynamics. Passion for innovation in renewable energy. Strong closer with a collaborative mindset. Proactive, flexible, and resilient in fast-changing environments.
