Build relationships with decision makers in mid‑ to large‑sized enterprises and demonstrate how traide AI solves their trade‑compliance challenges. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with ambitious growth goals. Identify customer pain points and communicate the value of our solution.
Lead acquisition through partner networks, industry events, and inbound leads. Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to refine messaging and ensure a seamless customer journey. Track and report sales metrics to leadership. Qualifications 2+ years of B2B SaaS or related sales experience with a proven target‑achievement record.
Strong communication skills and ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles. Exceptional negotiation skills and a talent for building lasting relationships. Proficient with CRM tools such as HubSpot and data‑driven sales methodologies. Fluency in German (C1+) and strong English (B2+).
