As an Account Executive (m/f/d) - Automotive, you are part of our Business Unit Industrial IoT and are responsible for selling complex AI projects in an industrial context, with a particular focus on the automotive and mobility industry. Our client base ranges from DAX-listed companies to hidden champions.

You identify relevant target companies, qualify strategic opportunities around Applied AI, LLMs, Computer Vision, and AI-driven automation in vehicle development, production, and robotics, and develop tailored AI solutions for our clients together with Project Owners and Engineers.

Your Role • Strategic Market Insights Automotive: You analyze trends such as software-defined vehicles, smart manufacturing, autonomous systems, and data-driven development, specifically identify relevant decision-makers at OEMs and suppliers, and position eigenblue as the leading partner for AI-based R&D systems • End-to-End Ownership: You own the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities through complex solution-scoping processes to negotiating and closing innovative AI projects in the automotive space • Trusted Advisor for AI Transformation: You build long-term relationships with decision-makers in Engineering, Innovation, and Digital Units, and support them in introducing Applied AI into their development and production landscapes • Deep-Tech Solution Selling: Together with our engineers, you translate complex customer requirements into custom-developed AI systems that are integrated directly into our customers' real products and processes • Impact-Driven Sales Excellence: You work in a data-driven way, actively help further develop our go-to-market strategy in the automotive sector, and contribute your ideas on how to take AI sales to the next level Your Profile • Track record of 2-5 years in B2B Sales, ideally in a tech, automotive, or consulting environment (e.g. as an Account Executive), with proven experience managing complex B2B Sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and longer decision-making processes, including closing deals in the six- to seven-figure range • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field, ideally with a technical or digital focus • In-depth understanding of the market and interest in emerging technologies, in particular Applied AI, LLMs, Computer Vision, Edge AI, and Robotics, as well as their application in automotive and industrial systems, along with a willingness to keep learning in tech sales and experience working with an automotive OEM • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to grasp complex technical challenges and derive clear business value for customers • Confident demeanor, strong networking skills, excellent negotiation skills, and business fluency in both German and English eigenblue is colorful - We embrace and value equal opportunities, inclusion, and diversity.
