Job Title: Account Executive (German Speaker) Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid) Start Date: 18 May 2026 Overview We are hiring a German‑speaking Account Executive to join a global sales and advertising team in Sofia.
This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals with a background in digital marketing, customer retention, or tech advertising who are looking to grow in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of clients Drive retention and reactivation strategies Identify upsell and growth opportunities Build strong client relationships and increase investment Apply value‑based selling techniques Work closely with internal teams to optimize campaign performance Requirements Minimum 3+ years of sales experience (digital, social media, or tech advertising preferred) Experience in retention/reactivation strategies Strong understanding of sales pipelines and strategy Background in customer service, sales, or BPO environments Marketing knowledge is a plus Strong organizational and analytical skills Experience with CRM tools is an advantage German (C1+) + English (B2) Working Conditions Monday to Friday: 10:00 – 19:00 Hybrid model Based in Sofia Salary & Benefits 20 days annual leave Birthday day off + volunteering day Health & dental insurance Sports card €50/month food allowance LinkedIn Learning subscription Relocation Package Up to €250 travel reimbursement (after 6 months) 10 nights accommodation (city center hotel with breakfast) Salary advance: ~€540 (paid upfront, deducted over 3 months) Full relocation support Documents Accepted EU Citizenship Refugee status Valid Bulgarian Residency Card (minimum 1 year validity) #J-18808-Ljbffr
