Responsibilities You identify decision-makers (CIOs, Heads of Data/AI, CDOs) at mid-market and large enterprises.

You pre-qualify leads and assess whether a client is better suited for a centralized Data Lakehouse (Databricks) or a modern analytics platform (Microsoft Fabric). You use social selling (LinkedIn), email and phone to initiate first contact and generate interest in our Data & AI services.
You schedule discovery calls for our Account Executives and prepare handovers thoroughly. You represent Ailio and our philosophy: Together. Make it happen. Requirements Some experience in sales, business development or account management (ideally in a B2B environment or in SaaS/IT services).
Basic technical understanding: terms like Cloud Computing, Data Lakehouse, Machine Learning and Generative AI should not intimidate you. Business-fluent German (C2) for communication with the German Mittelstand and very good English skills for working in a tech environment.
Confident use of CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce or HubSpot) and research tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator. A degree in business administration, business informatics, marketing or equivalent training is advantageous but not required if you have relevant experience.
