As part of a fast‑growing product within osapiens, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of maintenance management across the DACH region. You’ll help industrial and production companies reduce downtime, increase asset reliability, and improve operational efficiency with our CMMS solution.

Your Responsibilities Take full ownership of the entire sales cycle in the DACH market , with a focus on enterprise clients — from proactive prospecting and targeted outbound activities (including cold outreach) to negotiation and closing.
Craft and implement sales strategies to promote osapiens CMMS solutions, unlocking new Annual Subscription Value (ASV) opportunities. Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to solve their maintenance challenges.
