To support the next stage of Ideals VDR growth in Germany, we are looking for a Account Executive based in Berlin .

Joining our DACH Field Sales team alongside your teammates in Munich and Frankfurt, you will proactively prospect outbound opportunities, acquiring new customers with the ultimate goal of closing deals.
As a front‑line, quota‑carrying team member, you will actively reach out to 30‑40 new customers monthly, overseeing a pipeline with 50+ opportunities. Ideals Virtual Data Room (VDR) : Secure document sharing and collaboration for due diligence, fundraising, corporate reporting, licensing, clinical trials, and other complex transactions.
The role
Ideals has been in the Virtual Data Room space since 2008 and has built a trusted reputation with clients across multiple industries in Europe, including Orcan Energy , E‑Gruppe , Deloitte, and EY.
Engaging proactively with key account decision‑makers across Finance, Banking, and other sectors, you will contribute directly to our growth story in Germany. Compensation package: 50% base salary; 50% performance‑based variable.
