You will drive revenue by taking deals from first contact to close – identifying the right accounts, running sharp discovery, building the case for change, and negotiating contracts that stick.
The role involves working closely with the Head of Growth and leadership to build pipeline, manage opportunities with discipline, and close deals that matter. Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close. Your main KPI is new ARR generated.
Identify and prioritize target accounts and build relationships with key decision‑makers. Run discovery calls and multi‑stakeholder meetings to uncover business needs and pain points. Lead commercial negotiations and manage contract processes to closure. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting.
Work closely with marketing and SDR to ensure smooth lead handover and alignment on ICP. Represent GlassDollar at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings. Organize and attend events to generate and progress pipeline opportunities. Keep CRM data accurate and up to date throughout the entire deal lifecycle.
