The Account Executive collaborates closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction for new accounts. Founded in 2022 in Lucerne, Switzerland, it helps businesses automate marketing and improve visibility across search engines and AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.

Role Description The Account Executive role at Creaitor.ai is a full-time, hybrid position based in Lucerne Switzerland. In this role, the Account Executive manages the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting product demos, and preparing proposals for prospective clients.

Daily activities include maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline, forecasting revenue, meeting sales targets, and gathering customer feedback to inform product improvements. Qualifications 3years+ experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within SaaS, marketing technology, or AI-driven platforms.

Demonstrated ownership of assigned Book of Business and highly self-motivated. Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management, experienced in BANT, SPIN & Meddicc are a plus. Ability to deliver clear, persuasive product demos and value-based sales presentations to diverse stakeholders.

Self-confidence in selling into Senior Management and Business Owners. Background or familiarity with digital marketing, content marketing, or SEO concepts and workflows. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach.

Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Fluency in English and German. French, Italian, or Spanish is an advantage.
